Designed a major update to the Wealth Path iPad app that increased client engagement and presented content in new, exciting ways.
Created presentations and interactive prototypes of various interface concepts to explore the updated Wealth Path experience and form consensus among key stakeholders.
Served as project manager by preparing proposals, milestones, and timelines. Worked with offshore development team to ensure project remained on schedule and met QA requirements.
Worked with the Northern Trust Marketing Team to evolve their existing long form print content into compelling mobile-optimized content with concepts including user onboarding, interactive charts and calculators, polling questions, and timeline article layout.
Improved Interactive Glossary taxonomy to include fuzzy synonym matching to reduce content maintenance and enhance user experience.
